How to troubleshoot LDAP Broker installation errors

  1. Verify that you are using the correct credentials
  2. In Portnox Cloud, go to Settings > Services > GENERAL SETTINGS > Create credentials to access the Portnox Cloud service from external services > Generate Credentials, copy the credentials from the email, and use new credentials
