How to troubleshoot AD Broker installation errors

In this topic, you will learn how to troubleshoot typical errors that happen during the installation of the Portnox™ Active Directory Broker.

You entered the wrong Portnox™ Cloud credentials.
  1. Verify that you are using the correct credentials
  2. In Portnox Cloud, go to Settings > Services > CLEAR GENERAL SETTINGS > CREATE CREDENTIALS TO ACCESS THE CLEAR CLOUD SERVICE FROM EXTERNAL SERVICES > Generate Credentials, copy the credentials from the email, and use new credentials
